1. What We Set

VenueBaba keeps its cookie use deliberately minimal.

2. Essential Cookies

venuebaba_session — keeps you signed in, remembers which venues you have unlocked contact details for during this visit, and carries the anti-forgery token that protects every form on the site. The platform cannot function without it.

3. Local Storage

If you save a venue while signed out, we store that shortlist in your browser's local storage so it survives a page refresh. It never leaves your device until you sign in and choose to sync it.

4. Analytics

If a Google Analytics ID is configured by the site administrator, Google may set its own cookies. Aggregate analytics collected by VenueBaba itself use hashed identifiers and set no additional cookie.

5. Managing Cookies

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and clear any shortlist held locally.
