VenueBaba.com, a unit of Navix Technologies, operates a venue discovery marketplace connecting customers with venue owners across India. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address, event type, event date and guest count. When you create an account we additionally store your password in hashed form. We never store your password in readable text.

3. How Enquiry Data Is Used

Enquiry details are shared with the specific venue you enquired about so that the venue can respond to you. They are not sold, and they are not broadcast to other venues.

4. Venue Owner Contact Details

Venue phone and WhatsApp numbers are withheld from public pages and released only after an enquiry is submitted. This protects venue partners from automated scraping.

5. Analytics

We record aggregate page views, search terms and enquiry counts to improve discovery. IP addresses are one-way hashed and are not stored in readable form.

6. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

7. Data Retention

Enquiry records are retained so that both you and the venue have a record of the conversation. You may request deletion of your account and associated enquiries at any time.
