1. Acceptance

By using VenueBaba.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What VenueBaba Is

VenueBaba is a discovery and enquiry platform. We introduce customers to venues. We are not a party to any booking, contract or payment between a customer and a venue.

3. Listing Accuracy

Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, including capacity, pricing, amenities and photographs. Listings that are found to be materially inaccurate may be suspended.

4. Customer Conduct

Enquiries must be genuine. Automated submissions, abusive messages and misuse of venue contact details are prohibited and may result in a block.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. All reviews are moderated before publication. Venue owners cannot edit, delete or reorder reviews about their own venue.

6. Intellectual Property

The VenueBaba name, logo and platform are the property of Navix Technologies. Venue owners retain rights to the photographs they upload and grant VenueBaba a licence to display them on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

VenueBaba is not liable for losses arising from a booking, cancellation, service quality or dispute between a customer and a venue.

8. Suspension

We may suspend any account that breaches these terms, at our discretion, with notice where practical.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
